• Your application must be completed and returned to Center of the Sun, Inc.
• Along with your application, you must provide a map of your inspection territory to help us become familiar with your locale.
• Time required traveling north to south and east to west in your territory.
• Emergency contact number- In the event we need to contact you immediately, please provide cell phone/ pager numbers where we will be able to contact you at all times.

After receiving the information, we will contact you to schedule a time for a meeting, via phone. During this conversation we will discuss in detail how we may best serve you and will want to learn more about you, your company, and the services you provide. This will also be the time for you to ask any questions and to clarify what you may expect of us. Topics covered during this conversation will include:

• Any information about your company you want us to communicate to your customers.
• Any mandatory services required by home inspectors in your state.
• Names and general areas within your territory including cities, towns, suburbs, etc. explored in more detail to help us become more familiar with your territory.
• Location markers or landmarks in your area, (e.g. airports, stadiums, parks, etc.) to help us identify where your customers are located, and to help us in providing you accurate directions to the scheduled inspection.
• Boundaries that effect inspection costs.
• Any other information you feel we should know to better serve you is welcome at this time
