Fees For Answering Service To accommodate our clients' ever-changing needs, we have introduced a new pricing plan for our services. We are now offering a per-appointment plan, which will better meet the needs of our smaller companies. Our new plan includes a low base rate, with an additional charge for each appointment booked. There is no charge for cancelled appointments & no charge for additional inspectors! Base Rate: includes 60 hours of coverage with UNLIMITED call minutes as well as confirming with the real estate and calling, faxing or e-mailing all appointment information to you. Additional charge per appointment booked (Billed on the last day of every month) (Price changes will be reflected on your next monthly billing cycle.)
